This Shipping Policy explains how Zentara Naturals Pvt. Ltd. processes, dispatches, and delivers orders placed through our website or confirmed through our sales channels.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on destination, order volume, public holidays, courier performance, weather conditions, or other factors outside our control.

Service Coverage

We currently ship across serviceable locations within India. Availability of courier service may vary by PIN code, order size, and product category.

For wholesale, gifting, or custom orders, separate dispatch schedules and logistics arrangements may apply.

Order Processing

Orders are typically reviewed, packed, and prepared for dispatch within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation unless a different timeline is stated at checkout or in your order confirmation.

Orders placed on Sundays, national holidays, or outside regular business hours may begin processing on the next working day.

Estimated Delivery Timelines

Standard deliveries usually arrive within 4 to 7 business days for most serviceable locations in India after dispatch.

Remote locations, bulk orders, festive periods, monsoon disruptions, or courier backlogs may extend delivery timelines.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, are calculated at checkout based on the destination, order size, weight, packaging needs, and any active promotional offer.

Free shipping promotions, minimum order thresholds, or special dispatch conditions will be displayed at checkout whenever available.

Delivery Attempts and Failed Deliveries

Courier partners may make one or more delivery attempts based on their local policies. If delivery fails because the address is unavailable, incomplete, refused, or repeatedly unreachable, the shipment may be returned or held.

Additional shipping or re-dispatch charges may apply where an order must be resent due to incorrect details or failed delivery attempts not caused by us.

Damaged, Missing, or Delayed Orders

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or materially delayed, please contact us at hello@swadsaathi.in as soon as possible and ideally within 48 hours of delivery or the expected delivery date.

Please include your order details, photographs of the package where relevant, and a brief description of the issue so we can investigate with the courier partner and support you promptly.

Customer Responsibility for Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing complete, accurate, and serviceable shipping information, including recipient name, contact number, address, PIN code, and delivery instructions where required.

We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect, incomplete, or outdated address information supplied at the time of order.
